Qsine

Take your tastebuds on a journey and embrace unexpected twists on classic dishes at Qsine, found onboard selected Celebrity Cruises. You’ll order your food on an iPad menu and the chefs have been playing with taste, texture and presentation so you can dig into sushi lollipops and ‘popcorn’ fish ‘n’ chips. It costs an extra $45 USD, but it is guaranteed to wake up your palate.

Nobu

Try the delectable cuisine of world-renowned chef, Nobuyuki Matsuhisa onboard a Crystal Cruise. Head to Silk Road or The Sushi Bar and Nobu-trained chefs will impress with innovative sushi and classic Japanese dishes with distinct Peruvian and European influences. You can taste yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno at The Sushi Bar and grilled wagyu beef rib-eye with wasabi pepper sauce at Silk Road. Delicious!

Setting a new standard in steakhouses, head to Prime 7 onboard a Regent Cruise for the most juicy, tender beef, which has been dry-aged for at least 28 days. Prime 7 is only open for dinner and is included in the price of your cruise.

Caviar in the Surf

The Caviar in the Surf beach party is a signature experience on a Seabourn cruise, and guests are taken via the ship’s tenders to a soft sand beach where they can relax and enjoy Champagne and caviar on arrival, served by immaculately-dressed staff in the water. A lavish beach barbecue follows, served on fine china, with mouth-watering shrimp skewers, steak and lobster.
