The resort has an organic paddy field, planted with indigenous rice varieties and tended using traditional methods. A project in partnership with the IUCN helps protect and conserve turtle nests on the resort beach. The in-house reverse osmosis plant produces 2,000 litres of clean water per day, which is put in glass bottles for drinking. Compost from the resort’s zero-waste garden is shared with local farmers, who supply fresh produce for the hotel in return.

Families will appreciate the flexible accommodation options, the relaxed dining options and the long list of child-friendly things to do.

The Joli Kids’ and Teens’ Club, open every day from 9am to 6pm, provides supervised activities for all ages. There’s a shaded playground, quiet areas for naps and an indoor room for arts and crafts.
